Guided walks and talks

Throughout the Accessing the Countryside project, a programme of public walks and environmental education events have been run in East Sussex and Flanders. Crossborder events

A programme of crossborder exchanges was a key feature of the Accessing the Countryside project. These events took place in Flanders and East Sussex and covered all aspects of the project including environmental education, environmental management databases, sand dune management, a volunteer exchange programme and countryside management trainee schemes. These events were an opportunity for the partnership to share their experience and knowledge with one another, and also hear from other experts from the environmental sector.
